Part 2 of the Moving with Poi video – showing some examples of what can help with getting more movement and elegance into your poi flow. Talking about the 3 pillars of adding more movement – Extensions, Alignments, and Volume & Contrast.

While this is not a recipe for real “dance”, it is what allows the poi to seamlessly blend with. I love when poi and the body becomes one thing, I like it less when the body movement is a separate layer. Enjoy and give me your feedback!
