Drills to Improve the Fire Element + Trick Exploration

The fire element (split time, opposite direction) is probably the most difficult of all the elements! What’s tricky is that some moves are quite easy and intuitive, but merely changing the plane of one hand, or even just changing the hand alignment suddenly makes a move super hard. These drills will help you to gain more freedom!

In the second part, I’m exploring tricks that aren’t so known in this element – many by just “borrowing” a trick from another element and turning it into fire.
